offers scholarships to financially disadvantage but deserving high school students of the UPV High School in Iloilo City, Philippines.

The foundation, to achieve its main objective, raises funds by soliciting donations, selling ticket for a raffle draw and holding other fund-raising events.

The UP High 80 Inc Foundation is voluntary organization.

All donations to the foundation are tax deductible.
The Oblation, the symbol of academic freedom, relocated from its General Luna site now faces Delgado Street in axis with the Main Building of UPV Iloilo City campus.
